Hur behandlar vi din personliga information?

När du handlar från en webbutik eller registrerar dig för ett nyhetsbrev så lämnar du ifrån dig information om dig själv. Var du bor, vilken e-postadress du har och vad du handlar. Vissa av våra kunder undrar vad vi gör med informationen och här beskriver vi lite mer formellt hur vi arbetar med information.

Grunden i allt vi gör är att behandla våra kunder som vi själva vill bli behandlade, alltid. Det gäller även när det kommer till information.

Vi säljer aldrig någon data till tredjepart eller skickar reklam utan ert medgivande.

I samband med registrering och beställning godkänner du att vi lagrar och använder dina uppgifter i vår verksamhet i syfte för att fullfölja och tillhandahålla den service som behövs för att hantera ditt köp och följa upp det. Enligt dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) har du rätt att få den information som vi har registrerat på dig och du kan även begära att bli borttagen ur vårt dataregister. Kontakta oss i så fall på info@oakhammer.se. Vi försäkrar även att vi inte kommer sälja eller överlåta några personuppgifter. Notera att enligt lag är vi tvungen att spara fakturor och information relaterad till dessa i 7 år.

Vem är personuppgiftsansvarig?

Oakhammer Games (G2K AB), med org. nr 559290-9435 och postadress Bliavägen 45, 684 30 Munkfors (i denna policy kallat ”Okhammer Games”) är ansvarig för behandlingen av dina personuppgifter vid kontakt med Oakhammer Games, såsom besök i vår webbutik eller serviceärenden via e-post och telefon. Som personuppgiftsansvarig är det Oakhammer Games ansvar att se till att dina uppgifter hanteras på ett korrekt och säkert sätt enligt tillämplig lagstiftning.

Sammanfattning av vår informationshantering

Vi samlar in så lite information som möjligt. Vi behöver veta vad du heter, var du bor och ditt telefonnummer för att kunna skicka varorna hem till dig. Vill du betala via faktura behöver vi även ibland ha ditt personnummer.

Sen så måste vi såklart veta vilka produkter du beställer och vi behöver din e-postadress för att kunna kontakta dig med leveransbesked, ändrad information osv.

Vilka system hamnar dina uppgifter i när du handlar hos oss?

När du handlar hos oss så går din order igenom flera steg för att vi ska kunna behandla och skicka dina varor till dig.

Vi har även hantering från tredjepartsaktörer för nyhetsbrev och för statistik.

Woocommerce

Vi använder ett system för vår webshop som heter Woocommerce. Det är en databas där våra produkter, våra sidor med text och allt annat (inklusive den här sidan) du ser i webshopen finns samlat. När du lägger en beställning på Oakhammer.se så gör du det i Woocommerce.

Din beställning hamnar då i en databas på vår webbserver som enbart vi har tillgång till.

I beställningen finns information om vilka produkter du köpt av oss, hur du betalat (men ingen information om kreditkort) och den adress vi ska skicka varorna till.

Det är från webshopen du får e-postmeddelande om att vi mottagit din order och när vi skickat din order.

Enligt bokföringslagen måste vi spara orderinformationen i 7 år innan den kan raderas.

Dina kundmail

Vi använder Microsoft Office365 för vår mail. När ni kontaktar oss via kontaktformuläret skickas det ett epostmeddelande till vår kundtjänst. Normalt sett raderar vi inkomna mail senast 2-3 månader efter att vi mottagit dem. Behöver vi spara någon information längre än så lagras den tills ärendet eller konversationen avslutats.

Frakt

För att kunna leverera varorna till dig behöver vi din adress och för avisering behövs även ditt telefonnummer eller e-postadress.
Denna information kommer att användas hos den speditör vi använder oss av för den aktuella ordern för att kunna transportera varorna till dig (oftast DHL).
Informationen kommer därefter att sparas hos speditören för den aktuella ordern för spårbarhet.

Statistik

Vi använder oss av Googles tjänst för “Google Analytics”. Detta är till för att anonymt spåra ungefärlig geografisk region, vilka sidor som används, produkter som köps mm, allt för att kunna förbättra oss som webbutik.
Vi har anonymiserat informationen så den inte kan spåras till ditt IP-nummer, och sparar inte någon personligt identifierbar data. Här kan du läsa mer om Googles privatpolicy och datahantering.

Nyhetsbrev

Vi använder oss av MailChimp för att skicka ut nyhetsbrev.
Om ni vill ha vårt nyhetsbrev ber vi er läsa igenom deras privatpolicy, speciellt sektion 6 och 7 som finns på engelska här.
Vid anmälan behöver ni acceptera inbjudan via ett e-postmeddelande innan ni blir tillagda i listan.

Den information som vi skickar till MailChimps nyhetsbrevslista är förnamn, efternamn och epostadress. Detta använder vi enbart för att personalisera nyhetsbreven och för att skicka ut vårt nyhetsbrev.
Vi skickar bara ut information, nyheter, tävlingar, kampanjer och dylikt i nyhetsbrevet som handlar om oss på Seriemagasinet, aldrig reklam för tredje part.

Ni kan när som helst avregistrera er helt från nyhetsbreven genom att klicka på länken i nyhetsbrevet eller genom att kontakta oss .

Användarkonto

Om ni vill kan ni skapa ett användarkonto hos oss på Oakhammer Games.
Via detta konto kan ni bland annat hålla koll på er orderhistorik.
Vi använder oss inte av er kontoinformation för att kontakta er om det inte är absolut nödvändigt.

Säkerhet

Vi sparar loggar över hackningsförsök och misslyckade inloggningar i vårt system, detta för att förebygga attacker mot vår hemsida och försäkra oss om er datas säkerhet.

Cookies

Vi använder cookies på vår hemsida för att spara köpinformation och statistik.

Cookies är små textfiler som lagras på er dator från webbsidor ni besöker för att komma ihåg information om specifika sidor där de kan underlätta ert besök, till exempel hålla er inloggade eller spara inställningar från ett tidigare besök.

Woocommerce använder cookies för att kunna lagra dina varor i din varukorg. Woocommerce sparar inte någon data som kan användas för att identifiera er och lagrar därför inte några personuppgifter.Vill ni veta vad denna cookie innehåller kan ni läsa mer här.

WordPress i sig använder cookies för att hantera inloggade användare och dess inställningar.

Om du accepterar vår användande av cookies sätts en cookie för att ni inte ska få upp meddelandet igen. Denna är giltig i en dag, därefter måste ni acceptera vår användning av cookies igen.

Stänger man av alla cookies på sidan så kommer sidan inte att fungera, därför även om du nekar användandet av cookies kommer kritiska cookies fortfarande att vara tvungna att användas. Däremot så stoppar vi användningen av tredjepartscookies som tex facebook och instagram.

Information till andra aktörer

Vi lämnar aldrig ifrån oss din information till tredje part (med undantag av det som krävs för betalning, frakt eller nyhetsbrev, se separata sektioner ovan).
Undantag görs om vi av någon anledning är tvingade enligt lag eller domstolsbeslut.

Ta bort din information från vår databas

Den information vi sparar i bokföringssystemet finns bara som underlag för den ekonomiska transaktionen och behålls av legala skäl och kan därför inte raderas.
Ert konto här på Oakhammer Games, er orderhistorik och nyhetsbrevsdata kan raderas om ni så önskar och vi kan ge er information om vilken data vi har sparat.

How do we process your personal information?

When you shop from an online store or sign up for a newsletter, you provide information about yourself. Where you live, your email address, and what you purchase. Some of our customers wonder what we do with this information, so here we describe in more formal terms how we handle it.

The foundation of everything we do is to always treat our customers the way we would like to be treated ourselves. This also applies to how we handle information.

We never sell any data to third parties or send advertising without your consent.

When registering and placing an order, you agree that we may store and use your information within our business for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing the service necessary to process and follow up on your purchase. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request information about the data we have registered about you, and you may also request that your information be removed from our records. If you wish to do so, please contact us at info@oakhammer.se.

We also guarantee that we will not sell or transfer any personal data. Please note that, by law, we are required to retain invoices and information related to them for 7 years.

Who is the data controller?

Oakhammer Games (G2K AB), company registration number 559290-9435, with postal address Bliavägen 45, 684 30 Munkfors (referred to in this policy as “Oakhammer Games”), is responsible for the processing of your personal data when you interact with Oakhammer Games, such as when visiting our online store or contacting our customer service by email or telephone.

As the data controller, Oakhammer Games is responsible for ensuring that your information is handled correctly and securely in accordance with applicable legislation.

Summary of how we handle your information

We collect as little information as possible. We need to know your name, address, and telephone number in order to send your goods to you. If you wish to pay by invoice, we may also need your personal identity number.

We also, of course, need to know which products you order, and we need your email address so that we can contact you with delivery notifications, updated information, etc.

Which systems does your information enter when you shop with us?

When you shop with us, your order goes through several steps so that we can process and ship your goods to you.

We also use third-party services for newsletters and statistics.

WooCommerce

We use a system called WooCommerce for our online store. It is a database containing our products, pages with text, and everything else (including this page) that you see in the online store. When you place an order on Oakhammer.se, you do so through WooCommerce.

Your order is then stored in a database on our web server, which only we have access to.

The order contains information about which products you have purchased from us, how you paid (but no credit card information), and the address to which we should send the goods.

The online store is also where you receive email notifications confirming that we have received your order and notifying you when your order has been shipped.

Under Swedish accounting legislation, we are required to retain order information for 7 years before it can be deleted.

Customer emails

We use Microsoft Office 365 for our email. When you contact us via the contact form, an email is sent to our customer service.

Normally, we delete incoming emails no later than 2–3 months after receiving them. If we need to retain any information for longer, it will be stored until the matter or conversation has been concluded.

Shipping

In order to deliver your goods to you, we need your address, and for delivery notifications we also need your telephone number or email address.

This information will be provided to the carrier we use for the relevant order so that they can transport the goods to you (usually DHL).

The information will subsequently be retained by the carrier in connection with the relevant order for tracking and traceability purposes.

Statistics

We use Google’s “Google Analytics” service. This is used to anonymously track approximate geographic regions, which pages are visited, which products are purchased, etc., all with the purpose of helping us improve our online store.

We have anonymized the information so that it cannot be traced back to your IP address, and we do not store any personally identifiable information.

Newsletter

We use Mailchimp to send newsletters.

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we ask you to read their privacy policy, particularly sections 6 and 7, which are available in English here.

When signing up, you must confirm the invitation via an email before you are added to the mailing list.

The information we send to Mailchimp’s newsletter list consists of your first name, last name, and email address. We use this information solely to personalize the newsletters and send out our newsletter.

We only send information, news, competitions, promotions, and similar content relating to us at Seriemagasinet in the newsletter. We never send advertising from third parties.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link in the newsletter or by contacting us.

User Account

If you wish, you can create a user account with us at Oakhammer Games.

Through this account, you can, among other things, keep track of your order history.

We do not use your account information to contact you unless it is absolutely necessary.

Security

We store logs of hacking attempts and failed login attempts in our system. This is done to prevent attacks against our website and to ensure the security of your data.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website to store purchase information and statistics.

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer by websites you visit. They are used to remember information about specific pages and can make your visit easier, for example by keeping you logged in or saving settings from a previous visit.

WooCommerce uses cookies to store items in your shopping cart. WooCommerce does not store any data that can be used to identify you and therefore does not store any personal information. If you would like to know what this cookie contains, you can read more here.

We use Google’s “Google Analytics” service.

We have anonymized the information so that it cannot be traced back to your IP address. You can read more about Google’s privacy policy and data practices here.

Wordfence is one of the security plugins we use on the website. This plugin stores cookies when users log in to the system.

WordPress itself uses cookies to manage logged-in users and their settings.

If you accept our use of cookies, a cookie will be set so that you do not have to see the notification again. This cookie is valid for one day, after which you will need to accept our use of cookies again.

If all cookies are disabled on the website, the site will not function properly. Therefore, even if you decline the use of cookies, certain essential cookies will still need to be used. However, we will stop the use of third-party cookies, such as those from Facebook and Instagram.

Information shared with other parties

We never share your information with third parties, except where necessary for payment, shipping, or newsletters, as described in the separate sections above.

An exception may be made if we are required to do so by law or by a court order.

Removing your information from our database

The information we retain in our accounting system is kept solely as documentation of financial transactions and is retained for legal reasons. It therefore cannot be deleted.

Your account with Oakhammer Games, your order history, and your newsletter data can be deleted if you wish, and we can provide you with information about what data we have stored about you.
